At Trandify Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 3-Day Return and Replacement Policy for all our products.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You can request a replacement or return within 3 days of delivery if:

- The product received is damaged, broken, or defective.

- The product is missing parts or accessories.

- The wrong item, size, or color was delivered.

 

2. Conditions for Return

- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

- It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

 

3. How to Raise a Request

To start a return or replacement, please email us at support@trandify.shop with your Order ID and clear photos or a short video showing the issue with the product.

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or bank account within 5-7 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will ask for your bank details to transfer

the refund safely.
